PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for dishing up a semisolid food, with which even if an automatically dishing up mechanism is applied to an apparatus for producing a semisolid food represented by a soft ice cream, etc., where at least one from broadness of kinds of semisolid foods and diversity of dishing up is not reduced. SOLUTION: An extrusion condition and dishing up conditions to be preset in a control part 5a are changed by a set panel 8c. The amount of a frozen dessert food extruded may be cited as the extrusion condition. Movement states such as vertical movement, eccentric rotary movement, rotation movement and temporary stop of a dishing up container may be cited as the dishing up conditions. In the operation, when the action of a dishing up mechanism 4 is controlled by a control part 5a so as to temporarily stop the movement of the dishing up container at the final stage of dishing up, a dishing up having more excellent beautiful view can be actualized. The apparatus may be further provided with a movement means for moving the dishing up mechanism 4.
