Hygiene article, e.g. sanitary towel or incontinence pad, with form element which can be deformed from a folded flat position to form a raised profile

The form element (18) is normally folded flat, but can be deformed using part of the article (1) to create a raised profile for when the article is being worn. A hygiene article such as a sanitary towel, incontinence pad or panty liner has an elongated shape with a form element on the top side in the middle region (12) of the article in between its two end sections (10, 11). Prior to use the form element is flat, and it has a fold line for making it possible to deform it to create a raised profile during article use. A part is also provided in the article for deforming the form element into a raised profile.
