PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Inarisushi (vinegared rice stuffed in fried bean curd seasoned with sugar and soy sauce) or a food having different taste to a conventional one, and a method of preparing the food. SOLUTION: This Inarisushi is prepared by inserting one or more kinds of fried bean curds of different kind or seasoned in a different way into a fried bean curd having an opening in which either one or both of the fried bean curds are applied with spice (mustard, Japanese horseradish, citron/pepper or the like) and stuffing vinegared rice into the fried bean curd. The Inarisushi prepared by stuffing vinegared rice to the prescribed fried bean curd after keeping the fried bean curd in a refrigerator, a freezer or another low temperature space. The Inarisushi kept in the same space after stuffing vinegared rice into the fried bean curd. The food prepared by stuffing foods (seasoned steamed rice, steamed rice with red beans, rice cake, noodle or the like excluding the vinegared rice) into the fried bean curd comprising two or more kind of bean curds. The Inarisushi or the food prepared by stuffing vinegared rice wrapped with Brassica juncea, Hiroshimana (a kind of Brassica Campestris L), sea tangle, laver, dried gourd shavings or the like into the fried bean curd comprising two or more kind of bean curds. |
