PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a doctor to easily confirm a situation where a chemical sealing microcapsule which is injected into the body of a patient arrives at a lesion by an image and also to easily decide an ultrasonic wave irradiation timing in order to destroy the microcapsule. SOLUTION: In a stage after a wave reception phasing part 8 for generating a reception beam, an ultrasonic instrument is provided with a higher harmonic detecting part 14 for extracting a higher harmonic echo signal generated from the microcapsule which receives ultrasonic irradiation, a frequency analyzing part 15 for analyzing the frequency of the output signal of the higher harmonic detecting part 14, a color mapping part 16 for detecting mobile information of the microcapsule inside the body in a scanning area through the use of the output of the frequency analyzing part 15 and generating a color mapping chart and a time intensity(TI) curve generation TI detecting part 17 for indicating the time change of a microcapsule existence amount in the scanning area from the output signal of the frequency analyzing part 15. |
