PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radiotherapy equipment in which a beam limiting device is miniaturized. SOLUTION: Radiotherapy equipment comprising a pair of blocks so that each beam limiting body is close together and is alienated from each other by arranging a plurality of beam limiting bodies with overlapping each other along the irradiation direction of radiation in order to set the irradiation range of radiation irradiated from a radiation source, wherein the first beam limiting body comprises supports 60A and 60B driven in a vertical direction for an irradiation axis I of radiation irradiated from a radiation source S and half column bodies 62A and 62B in an approximately half column form supported so that cutting faces 62a and 62b are exposed by rotating centering around horizontal axes 63A and 63B perpendicular to the moving direction of the supports. Hence, the length of the beam limiting device can be made small.
