PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a thermoplastic composite material molded article by which an ideal extrusion-molded article without warpage or distortion can be molded, when the thermoplastic composite material comprising a thermoplastic resin and solidification extrusion mold is performed in a plant-based filler. SOLUTION: By this manufacturing method, the thermoplastic composite material molded body is manufactured by extrusion-molding the thermoplastic composite material containing at least the thermoplastic resin and the plant-based filler. In such a manufacturing method, the extrusion-molding is performed using a solidification extrusion molding die wherein a heat-shaping die, a breaker plate, and a cooling die are directly connected in this order. In this case, the heat-shaping die has the opening on the outlet cross section, which has the same shape as the cross sectional shape of the thermoplastic composite material molded article. The breaker plate has the opening, which has the same shape as the opening on the outlet cross section of the heat-shaping die. The cooling die has the opening of which the total shape from the inlet to the outlet is the same as the shape of the opening on the outlet cross section of the heat-shaping die. Then, at the time of the extrusion-molding, the thermoplastic composite material passes through the breaker plate under a totally molten state.
