PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount with an angle-adjusting function wherein an automatic plane, a band saw and the like of power tools which are traditionally equipped with only a capability for processing a parallel direction surface to a processing component can be adjusted from 0 deg. to 90 deg. in angle or can be used both as the automatic plane machine and the band saw and the like. SOLUTION: The mount with an angle-adjusting function has a structure integrated with a surface plate (1), a component receiving board (2), and an angle adjuster (3). Further, the mount can be used both as the automatic plane machine, the band saw and the like of the power tools or is structured to have a capability of being easily attached to and detached from.
