PURPOSE:To obtain a new reverberating effect by successively reading the data inputted to a delaying means in the direction from the data which have smaller amount of delay to the data which have larger amount of delay. CONSTITUTION:Input data representing musical sounds are time sequentially inputted to a delaying means 1. The data inputted to the means 1 are successively shifted from the left to the right within the means 1 in synchronization with new input data. Moreover, the inputted data are also inputted to a level detection means 2. The means 2 monitors to discriminate whether the input data exceed a prescribed threshold value or not. The monitored results are inputted to a reading means 3. Moreover, the means 2 also generates prescribed control data and the data are inputted to a level control means 4. The data stored in the means 1 are successively read from the one with a smaller amount of delay to the one with a larger amount of delay. |
