PURPOSE: A movable electric radiator is provided to improve user's convenience by making it movable, and in a various shape, and to improve convection efficiency by installing a fan. CONSTITUTION: A radiator heating a heating material inside by an electrical heater and discharging the heat comprises a hollow long body(10) including the electrical heater. A plurality of heat discharging pins(30) are connected to the inside of the hollow long body and have an inverted U-shape. A heat radiating member fills only part of whole inner space formed with the body and heat discharging pins, and is formed with a certain ratio of vaporized water and alcohol.
