摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide an LED array of a structure, wherein a small temperature correction in every light emitting thyristor element for light emission is possible, the temperature drop of the array due to an unlighting element of the light emitting thyristor elements for light emission is prevented and uniform light emission characteristics are obtained. When one light emitting thyristor elements are normally turned on, to contrast to this, when one of the light emitting thyristor elements for light emission is not lighting, the light emitting thyristor elements for transmission adjacent to the one of the light emitting thyristor elements for light emission are made to light and these light emitting thyristor elements make an action to correct the heat generation of the part of the unlighting element.</p>
