PURPOSE: To improve a configuration of an egg conveyor for further efficiently performing drying treatment of eggs. CONSTITUTION: This egg conveyor constituted such that many egg conveyance rollers 33 are rotatably supported between a pair of endless chains 30 in the direction of conveyance width to dry washed eggs 5 loaded on the egg conveyance rollers 33 is provided with a hollow part 33b formed inside the egg conveyance roller 33 and slits 33c, 33d formed on a surface of the egg conveyance roller 33 so that water on a surface of the eggs loaded on the egg conveyance roller 33 is sucked by a sucking device through the slits 33c, 33d and the hollow part 33b.
