medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering antitumorigenic chemopreparations combined with autoblood collected into two sterile reservoirs with 150 ml of preservative added to each of them. Then, 600-800 mg of cyclophosphane and 50-60 mg of Adriamycin are added in one of them and 80-100 mg of cis-platinum is added to the second one. Both reservoirs are incubated in thermostat during 30 min and drop-wise intravenous reinfusion of mixture taken from the first reservoir is carried out. Then, 1000 ml of 5% glucose solution is administered and the second reservoir contents is additionally reinfused and a bottle of glucose mixed with 2 ml of Lasix is administered. EFFECT: avoided emergent surgical intervention; normalized natural urination; accelerated treatment course.
