Cosmetic agent comprises a biologically active addition, emulsifying agents, preserving agents, aqueous-spirituous extracts of plants, lavender essential oil, oily component, kaolin and water. Agent has sapropelic curative silt as an active component taken in the amount 0.1-80.0% of total mass of agent. Cosmetic agent has components as emulsifying agents taken among the following group: stearic acid, triethanolamine, emulsion wax taken in any ratios. Cosmetic agent has additionally agidol-1 as an antioxidant. Cosmetic agent has components as preserving agents taken among the following group: nipagin, polydon, hydantoin, caton. Cosmetic agent uses the following plants for preparing aqueous-spirituous extracts: colt's foot, dandelion, nettle, horse radish, coneflower, Leuzea carthamoides and green tea. Cosmetic agent has soybean oil or burdock oily extract as an oily component. The claimed cosmetic agent shows tonic and nutritive effects on skin, it improves cellular regeneration, gives health shape, elasticity and velvet properties to skin.
