SUBSTANCE: built-up roll includes shaft and bandage mutually joined along cone surface; fixing members in the form of sleeve and elastic member; lock nut. Elastic member is in the form of --shaped cross section washer supported by bandage at one side and by sleeve at other side. Joined surfaces of sleeve and washer are cone ones. Inner diameter of washer and minimum diameter of inner cone surface of bandage exceed outer diameter of lock nut. Sleeve has two halves, washer is part of bandage grooved pass.
