medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing fractured bone fragments in double-ring structure of extrafocal transcutaneous distraction osteosynthesis. Then, primary surgical treatment of gunshot bone wound is applied with decompressive longitudinal and transverse fasciotomy being carried out. Injured extremity is repaired under visual control of its length and axis. Fractured bone fragments including those not connected to periosteum are arranged on the maternal bed and the bone and bone fragments are covered with muscles. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of postoperative complications.
