PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concentration of storage liquid in an LNG tank by blowing BOG into the LNG tank regardless of pressure in the LNG tank. SOLUTION: An LNG satellite base 1 is provided with a plurality of LNG tanks 2, wherein the gas phase pressure in each LNG tank 2 is kept at higher pressure than the saturation pressure of most of LNG liquid except the surface liquid of the storage LNG, light component BOD composed of methane generated by heat input is discharged from the top of the LNG tank 2. In this concentration preventing method for the storage liquid in the LNG tank for preventing storage liquid from being concentrated by the discharge, BOG discharged from the LNG tank 2 is compressed, the compressed BOG is blown into super-cooled liquid at the bottom of the storage liquid of the LNG tank kept above a designated liquid level to absorb the BOG. |
