PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have impermeability and earthquake resistance even in the case of a large earthquake. SOLUTION: The impervious facility is provided with a plurality of first wall bodies 70 provided mutually separately, a second wall body 76 blocking an opening 72 between the adjacent first wall bodies 70, and an impervious sheet 82 cutting off water leaked from between the first wall body 70 and the second wall body 76. Both the end sides of the second wall body 76 are arranged at a position overlapped on the first wall body 70, and the impervious sheet 82 covers a gap 78 between the first wall body 70 and the second wall body 76 from a side provided on the second wall body 76. Furthermore, the impervious sheet 82 is provided to be loosed in the form of waves, and formed of a material having elasticity.
