PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating dryer and ventilating fan not causing a bather to feel an inconvenience. SOLUTION: The bathroom heating dryer 1 comprises a bathroom monitoring sensor 35 disposed in a bathroom. When the sensor 35 senses a person in the bathroom during operating of the dryer 1, a controller 27 stops operating of the dryer 1. When the sensor 35 senses that a person is out from the bathroom, the controller 27 automatically switches the operation of the dryer 1 to start it. The sensor senses that the person enters the bathroom to automatically stop the operation of the dryer 1. Thus, the bather does not feel the cold air and does not need to go to stop the dryer 1.
