PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system that can readily distribute information, an information distribution method, a mobile communication terminal and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The information distribution system distributes information to user terminals and is provided with a single communication station able to communicate with the user terminals having no hand-over function to other communication stations and with an information distributor that distributes information to the user terminals. The information distributor has a communication information reception section that receives communication notice information acquired on the basis of communication when the communication station communicates with the user terminal and a distribution section that selects distribution information to be distributed to the user terminal on the basis of the communication notice information and uses a network capable of hand- over to distribute the selected information to the user terminal.
