PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiating effect without a problem on safety and regulation in a state where a power unit is compactly incorporated in an electric appliance. SOLUTION: When incorporating the power unit in the electric appliance, power unit holding metal of a large surface area and shield metal of an inclined shape are fitted to the appliance. Thus, a heat insulating and radiating route is secured. Thus, a fan can easily be eliminated as the result of improving the heat radiating effect.
