PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic components such as laminated ceramic capacitor that can be manufactured at low cost regardless of a complex manufacturing process, has large sticking strength of an external terminal electrode to an element body, and is highly reliable. SOLUTION: The external terminal electrodes 12 and 14 are formed on the outer surface of an element body 10 where a dielectric layer 4 and internal electrode layers 6 and 8 are laminated, an the external terminal electrodes 12 and 14 have a glass layer (124) containing metal (124a) inside.
