PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device for shortening a balance adjusting time of a PLL part. SOLUTION: The optical disk device is provided with a DSP 1 comprising two staged adjusting means 1a, 1b, and measures the whole adjustment range by averaging processing with a few number of times in the 1st adjustment by the 1st adjusting means 1a, and performs the averaging processing in many times only within a limited adjusting range in the 2nd adjustment by the 2nd adjusting means 1b.
