PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a phenomenon that reproduced data are disarranged or interrupted during the reproduction of an optical disk in an optical disk controller. SOLUTION: A dynamic disk motor revolution control part 117 controls the number of rotations of a disk motor control part 104 on the basis of a disk motor revolution control instruction from a track buffer monitoring part 118 and various kinds of parameters stored in an error rate-to-number of rotations storage part 122. By varying a data input speed from the optical disk according to the free area of a track buffer, a rotational delay by a buffer overflow does not occur and the data amount effective in the track buffer can always properly be kept.
