<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual tombstone which enables an owner who loses a pet to easily mourn for its sprit at a low cost. SOLUTION: A system to be used for this method to provide the virtual tombstone is constituted of a network 1, a server machine 2 and a client machine 3. The owner who loses the pet accesses a Web site to be provided by the server machine 2 from his/her own client machine 3 via the network 1 and transmits his/her name, a name of the pet, the desired shape of the tombstone and a photograph of the decreased pet, etc., to the server machine 2. The server machine to receive them creates an image of the tombstone on which the name of the pet is inscribed and stores it in a database. After that, the owner who accesses the Web site can observe the image of the tombstone. The owner performs a funeral, offering of flowers, cleaning of a tomb and memorial services on the Web site.</p> |
