<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive heating of the electrode sealing part that occurs at the end of life of a fluorescent lamp that is lighted by a high frequency lighting electron circuit. SOLUTION: A temperature protection element 21 is connected in series to at least one electrode outside lead wire 15 at the vicinity of the electrode sealing parts 10, 11, and at the end of life of the fluorescent lamp, the temperature protection element 21 is put in current break state in response to heating of the electrode sealing parts 10, 11.</p> |
