PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely maintain the location of a pin and to aim at a long life of the sealing function by preventing generation of cavity in soluble metal filled in a penetration when sealing a sealing hole of a jacket chamber by the pin, inserted in the penetration of a valve, held by the soluble metal. SOLUTION: The inside wall of a penetrating hole is coated with a film made of a material which has better wetting property to the soluble metal than a valve. A pin, penetrating the hole, is held by the soluble metal filled in the minute gap between the inside wall of the hole and itself. As the filled soluble metal flows along the film with good wetting property, cavity like void is not generated in the soluble metal, therefore, the pin is surely held, and the life of sealing property becomes long.
