PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance in an aqueous liquid labeled with a dye useful for detection. SOLUTION: A luminescent labeling component in the aqueous liquid contains a combination of luminescent dyes having the properties of covalent bonding reaction with components in the aqueous liquid and selected from a group made of cyanine with at least one sulfonic group or a sulfonate group bound with an aromatic nucleus, merocyanine, and a styryl dye.
