PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting/receiving circuit of an NMR apparatus which can thermally stabilize outputs of an electric power amplifier at all times irrespective of a use frequency and can also prevent noises generated at the electric power amplifier from leaking into a receiving system. SOLUTION: The electric power amplifier is always used in a state in which blanking is turned off. Moreover, a switch circuit is set between the electric power amplifier and a transmission/reception switching device, which shuts between the electric power amplifier and the transmission/reception switching device at least in a time slot when a receiver receives NMR signals.
