The paint roller manufacturing procedure, in which preformed tubes receive at least one layer of a covering material. The tubes are made with chamfered ends and are aligned end-to-end to permit continuous application of the covering layer as they pass between spiral rotating heads that turn at speeds that are synchronized or with the downstream drive slightly slower than the upstream one.
