发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THICKNESS OF FRONT END PART OF STEEL PLATE IN PLATE ROLLING PROCESS
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preventing thickness defects of the front end part of steel plate generated in plate rolling process by narrowing roll gap at a part that is about 100 to 500 mm distanced from the front end part of steel plate and widening roll gap at a part that is about 870 to 1800 mm distanced from the front end part is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for controlling thickness of the front end part of steel plate in plate rolling process comprises the processes of collecting correlation of roll force right after steel plate is led in and cylinder position error (cylinder zero position-cylinder position right after steel plate is led in) through actual rolling data; controlling thickness of steel plate at a part that is 100 to 500 mm distanced from the front end part of steel plate by using the calculated oil compression corrected amount after calculating an oil compression corrected amount as a roll force function obtained by approximating the correlation to a linear function using method of least square, thereby inducing a numerical formula such as mathematical expression 1 ΔS=axroll force+b; and controlling thickness of steel plate at a part that is 870 to 1800 mm distanced from the front end part of steel plate by moving the cylinder again before starting automatic thickness controlling so that cylinder is turned back to zero position after stopping the cylinder for a certain time when the cylinder reaches a certain position after the steel plate is led in.
