PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rent an information processor in system environment that a customer requests to a place that the customer specifies. SOLUTION: This system includes a user terminal 1 which generates system environment information, a head office server 2 which belongs to a rental trader and generates an environment generating program according to the system environment information, and a rental device terminal 11-j which carries out the environment generating program, and the environment generating program changes the system environment of the rental device terminal 11-j into the contents described in the system environment information. The rental trader decentralizes and arranges multiple area centers and each area center has an area server 3-i, and the user terminal 1 sends the rental area of the rental device terminal 11-j to the head office server 2 together with the system environment information and the head office server 2 selects one area center according to the rental area and sends the environment generating program to the rental device terminal 11-j through area servers 3-i belonging to other rental centers. |
