PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase system which lowers a surrogate commission, allows a minor to participate, facilitates input for purchase, and increases the secrecy of personal information. SOLUTION: This purchase system includes a portable telephone 2 for sending the intention to purchase an article or service and a purchase processor 1 which performs purchase processing on receiving the intention to purchase; and the portable telephone 2 sends a purchase code indicating the intention to purchase to the purchase processor 1 (step S103) and the purchase processor 1 performs charging processing for collecting the price of the article or service and the telephone charge of the portable telephone 2 together according to the purchase code sent from the portable telephone 2 (step S112).
