PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general purpose electronic approval method suitable for an organization where personnel changes and the additional changes of documents are frequently caused. SOLUTION: An approver database 5, a personnel name list database 6 and a document database 7 are provided and an approver list 12 from which the next approver can be selected at the time of application/approval is formed. Further, a transmission means for transmitting application data to the next approver at the time of selecting him/her from the approver list 12 is constituted and a means for selecting from the personnel name list database 6 and adding and erasing the approver to/from the approver list 12 is provided. When the next approver is selected from the approver list 12 at the time of the application/approval, the application data are transmitted to the next approver, the approver who receives them similarly selects the next approver and the similar operation is repeated thereafter until the check of final approval is entered. |
