PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a display-burning phenomenon of display elements by contriving a method of utilizing a screen saver function. SOLUTION: An organic EL panel 10a is controlled by a microcomputer 30 so that when it is a time to bring a display state of the organic EL panel 10a into a screen saver display state, the display state of the organic EL panel 10a is brought into the screen saver display state, and in this screen saver display state, the whole display screen of the organic EL panel 10a is put in such a display state as gradually varies in brightness from positive display to negative display, and vice versa. |
