<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the activity of recycling by managing the result information of a person concerned with recycling. SOLUTION: The recycling supporting device 100 receives information (transport abnormality) concerned with the damage of products due to the delivery of a delivery agent selected from plural previously registered delivery agents and transmitted from hall side terminal equipment 400, updates information to be reflected to the result of the delivery agent on the basis of the received information, finds out the result ranking of plural previously registered delivery agents while considering of the updated result, and determines the distribution rate of values in accordance with the result ranking of respective delivery agents, so that the recycling activity of the delivery agent can be maintained.</p> |
