SOLUTION: In the attaching construction for the decorative surface members, a long plate-shaped porous surface member having numerous holes (punching metal 5) and a long plate-shaped decorative surface member (lateral rail-shaped decorative member 4) are alternately arranged on the surface at part or the whole of the exterior wall.
