PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition for injection expansion molding, having excellent fluidity, expansibility and flexibility. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition for injection expansion molding comprises 100 pts.wt. of an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer (I) obtained by dynamically heat-treating a mixture composed of (A) 10-60 pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin having 1-30 [g/10 minutes] melt flow rate (MFR), (B) 40-90 pts.wt. of an ethylenic copolymer rubber and (C) 0-50 pts.wt. of a softening agent, 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic elastomer (II) composed of (D) 1-20 pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin having 80-120 [g/10 minutes] MFR, (E) 1-20 pts.wt. of a propylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber having 0.5-10 [g/10 minutes] MFR and (F) 1-30 pts.wt. of a softening agent, (G) 10-100 pts.wt. of an ethylene/α- olefin copolymer and (H) 1-50 pts.wt. of a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer.
