PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize real-time high-precision calibration during operation by using a switch for calibration. SOLUTION: Receiving analog parts receive radio waves supplemented by a plurality of antenna elements forming an adaptive antennal. The obtained received signal is subjected to A/D conversion. A correction quantity calculating means calculates relative deviation quantities among the receiving analog parts or relative deviation quantity among transmitting analog parts from a digital value obtained by performing A/D conversion of the obtained received signal. A reception pattern forming circuit forms a reception pattern by classifying the weight, in which the deviation quantity among the receiving analog parts is taken into consideration of A/D conversion outputs to combine the A/D conversion outputs. A transmission pattern forming circuit forms a transmission pattern, by classifying the weight of distributed transmitting signals and taking the deviation quantity among the transmitting analog parts into consideration. Thus, real-time high-precision calibration is realized without the use of the switch.
