PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video data display system which extends the application field of a video window system and has the higher operability. SOLUTION: The video data display system is provided with a monitor function which displays a video picture outputted from an external video reproducing device in a video window and a reproducing function which stores the video outputted from the external video reproducing device in a memory and reads out video data from this memory when necessary to display it in the video window.
