PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit disturbing waves immediately before a receiving gate is opened to receive radar pulses. SOLUTION: In an apparatus for jamming waves of a system in which radar pulse signals of the other party are received/stored, and disturbance waves are generated by Doppler modulating the signals and continuously sent back to the other party, there are provided a filter part 42a for realizing a plurality of kinds of filters assumed to match received radar pulses and to be able to suppress reflected wave signals of the disturbance waves transmitted by the apparatus on the basis of each information on a repetition frequency (PRI) of the received radar pulses and on a Doppler modulation frequency (fd) set by the apparatus, a maximum value-detecting part 42b for detecting the filter matching most to the received radar pulses on the basis of each output obtained by passing the received radar pulses through the plurality of filters beforehand, and a storage/reproduction part 33 for storing and reproducing radar pulse signals of the detected filter outputs to be signals for generating disturbance waves.
