PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flooring excellent in incombustible characteristics and allowing material savings, prevention of tile loosening, and enhancement of rainwater drainability characteristic and the like. SOLUTION: The flooring 1 includes a rectangular tile 2, engagement fittings 3 and 3 secured along two adjacent sides of the tile 2, locking fittings 4 and 4 fixed along the remaining two adjacent sides of the tile 2, and a cushioning material 5. The engagement fitting 3 includes a bottom plate part 3a fixed to the back of the tile 2, an upright piece 3b, an overhanging piece 3c, and a hanging piece 3d. The locking fitting 4 includes a bottom plate part 4a fixed to the back of the tile 2, a first upright piece 4b, an overhanging piece 4c, and a second upright piece 4d. The hanging piece 3d of adjacent flooring 1 is inserted into a space S from above.
