PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite beam structure capable of increasing the integral property with a floor slab, coping with the change of a slab thickness flexibly, and assembling a form for placing concrete easily and having excellent filling property of beam concrete. SOLUTION: While a lower face of a lower flange 1b of an I-shaped steel beam 1 having upper and lower flanges 1a, 1b and a web 1c is exposed, a space from the lower flange 1b to the vicinity of the upper flange 1a is filled with beam concrete 12, and the upper flange 1a is embedded in floor slab concrete 13 together with a slab upper end bar 5 and a slab lower end bar 6 arranged on its upper side and lower side to fix an end part of the slab lower end bar 6 in the floor slab concrete 13 on a lower side of the upper flange 1a. A haunch 12a is provided on the beam concrete 12 so that a width in a fixed part below the floor slab concrete 13 is gradually increased as approaching the floor slab concrete 13.
