METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DYING IN REAL TIME AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method and a system for controlling dyeing in real time are provided. Therefore, the method reduces a color difference of dyed articles and improves productivity by preventing unlevel dyeing. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method comprises the steps of: obtaining the rate of exhaustion according to each dye at a random time(t) and of total dye liquor after obtaining a concentration for various mixed dyes from a spectrum of a dye liquor in real time; obtaining a difference value in comparison of the real-time exhaustion at a random time(t) with the target exhaustion; searching one or more control factors and the control amount thereof; and controlling a dyeing process by controlling one or more searched control factors.
