<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing water-proof device for effectively preventing entering of muddy water. SOLUTION: A rolling bearing 5 is fitted in a bearing mounting hole 2 of a pulley 1, and the bearing 5 is journaled by a support shaft 10. An inner ring 6 of the bearing 5 is fixed to a mounting frame 13 through a collar member 15 by a tip flange part 12 of the support shaft 10. The tip side of the bearing 5 and the tip flange part 12 are covered with a water-proof cap 20, and the base end side of the bearing 5 is covered with a water-proof ring 22. The water- proof ring 22 is formed substantially L-shaped in section, and the outer peripheral part 24 thereof is mounted in the bearing mounting hole 2 of the pulley 1 and stopped by a snap ring 14. The base end outer peripheral part 17 of the collar member 15 is laid along the mounting frame 13 and increased in diameter up to the vicinity of the inner peripheral surface of the bearing mounting hole 2 of the pulley 1, the water-proof ring 22 and the base end outer peripheral part 17 are overlapped, and a plurality of drain passages 25 are penetrated from a journaling cylindrical part 15a of the collar member 15 to the mounting frame 13.</p> |
