METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TEMPORALLY PROCESSING INPUT VIDEO INCLUDING A PLURALITY OF INPUT FRAMES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which uses features of contents of a video frame to perform video adaptive processing. SOLUTION: Each frame has a relevant frame reproducing time, and an input video has an input video total reproducing time as the sum of input frame reproducing times of all input frames. Each input frame is classified in accordance with contents features of the frame. An output frame reproducing time is assigned to each input frame on the basis of classified contents features of respective input frames, and a plurality of output frames forming an output video is generated.
