PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface acoustic wave device which is constructed, housing a plurality of surface acoustic wave filters into one package, can reduce the effect of mutual interference between a plurality of the surface acoustic wave filters and can make the attenuation quantity outside passing band large. SOLUTION: In this surface acoustic wave device, a plurality of the surface acoustic wave filters 1 and 2, having different center frequencies are housed in the package 3, the input signal terminals or the output signal terminals of at least one surface acoustic wave filters are used as balanced signal terminals 5 and 6, and the output signal terminal or the input signal terminal is used as an unbalanced signal terminal 4.
