PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibilities that the low strength of a joint section between the outer periphery of dirt-floor concrete and a continuous footing makes a gap generated in the joint section in a foundation of a building constructed by a conventional execution method, that the intrusion of the moisture of ground from the gap causes a decrease in moisture resistance of a space under a floor, and that insects such as termites cause insect damage. SOLUTION: A coupling fitting 20 is buried between the outer periphery of the dirt-floor concrete 5 and the continuous footing 4 in such a manner as to lie astride both of them.
