PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a fire extinguishing drill system which is capable of adequately shutting off fuel and has high reliability. SOLUTION: This fire extinguishing drill system has gas pans 6a and 6b for forming flames, fuel supplying means 7 for supplying the fuel to the gas pans 6a and 6b, ignition means 13 for igniting the fuel supplied to the gas pans 6a and 6b, fuel shutting off means 11 for shutting off the supply of the fuel by the fuel supplying means 7, control means 21 for controlling the supply and shut off of the fuel and temperature sensors 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d for sensing the radiation temperatures of the flames formed at the gas pans 6. The falling state of the radiation temperatures by accompanying the extinction of the fires are detected by the temperature sensors 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d and a shut-off signal is outputted from the control means 21 to the fuel shutting off means 11 in accordance with the detection signals thereof.
