PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a correlation of electrical characteristics of a plurality of sockets, a handler, a method for controlling a handler, and an electronic part-testing apparatus. SOLUTION: A first process and a second process are carried out, and moreover, the second process is repeated so that each evaluation electronic part is set to all sockets and tested. In the first process, a plurality of evaluation electronic parts whose data are detected to be different are loaded from a customer tray to a test tray. After each of the evaluation electronic parts loaded to the test tray is set to a socket and tested, the evaluation electronic parts are transferred from the test tray and loaded to the customer tray. In the second process, the evaluation electronic parts shifted to the customer tray are loaded to the test tray so as to be set to different sockets from those to which the evaluation electronic parts are set for the test in the first process, and each of the evaluation electronic parts loaded to the test tray is set to the socket and tested. Thereafter, the evaluation electronic parts are shifted from the test tray to the customer tray.
