PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage component information, provide accurate grasping of cost or the like of each component, and optimize quality, cost or the like of components by acquiring information from each person. SOLUTION: A component information DB, a machining process information DB, a cost information DB, a VE idea information DB, an idea progress information DB, a bid component information DB, and a tabulation calculating system of the DBs are formed on a server, and terminals 101 and 102 are connected capable of accessing to the DBs and the tabulation calculating system. The terminal 101 is used by a design chief, a person in charge of design, cost engineers, a person in charge of purchasing components or the like to input component information, machine processing information, cost information, VE idea information or the like. The terminal 102 is used by press working makers, mold working makers, substrate packaging makers or the like to perform bidding or the like.
